Josh Griffith is the genius behind the automation that sets DVTtechnology apart. Josh is an elite programmer with tremendous knowledge of Social Media. He is still a very young man in his late twenties and was featured on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine at the age of 17 for his amazing automation abilities used in the gaming industry.

Jim Spellacy with a varied professional background heads up all DVT operations. If you want something started and finished, Jim makes sure every cylinder is working in the process and the train always arrives on time. Jim has his finger on the pulse of every aspect of DVTtechnology and is destined for the top management seat overseeing every division as DVT makes its footprint in the market.

Tommy Knight is a professionally trained programmer with elite knowledge in networking, dot net and video. Tommy is in charge of all the servers and there are a ton of them. Tommy is now heading the team that is developing DVTtechnologies while Josh focuses on future products.

Alex Hare is a self trained programmer with an uncanny knack for understanding how the Internet works. Alex created the sales tracking software that is used in our Affiliate and Networking programs. Alex is considered a problem solver as even our degreed programmers take their biggest challenges to him for solutions.

Frank Mannocchi is our 'Jack of all Trades' as our ultimate technician. He has been with Rick forever, forging out the paths for both programmers and marketers to follow. As part of DVTtechnology he programs, creates videos, admin servers, develops websites, creates graphics, builds servers and well, you get the idea, he does anything DVT needs.

Rex Lusk is our behind the scenes motivator. He is Rick's personal manager and is behind some of the biggest future projects that just might raise DVT to the ranks of E-Bay, Amazon and maybe even Google.

Al Lawson is known as 'Off the Wall Al' with keen philosophical skills. Al, who has created several million dollar companies of his own, heads up the retail and offline sales divisions for DVT.

Dr. Joe Ramsey is a retired chiropractor with elite creative marketing skills. Doc, as we call him, works with all of our marketing divisions including, video, web design, writing and ad campaigns.

Brian Ramsey is representative of the elite marketing talent in DVT with one of the most creative minds in today's Social Media. Brian touches all the creative and marketing divisions in DVT with an insight that few can match.

Rayda Roundy will bring years of business experience to DVT Technology. In her corporate business career, Rayda was the District Sales Manager for a well known insurance company. She managed the complete telemarketing system for a property and casualty company including the daily backup and system management of the computer system for the entire office. Her outstanding success in telemarketing resulted in being a published accomplishment.

Rayda has years of experience in teaching both with her career and in her church, which has been an excellent education as to how to present a webinar. Her most recent experience was one of two people doing daily training and webinars for a company with over one hundred thousand members.
